School friends say he was quiet, popular and more interested in football than Islam.                  Teachers remember him as 'hard-working...everything you would ever want in a student'. Chillingly, Emwazi listed his favourite computer game as 'Time To Kill'  and book as 'How To Kill A Monster'.
